  1. Development on a staging copy

    We build the website and the portal outside live operation, with sample data. You supply the materials and try it as we go.

  2. Migration of your data

    Once you are happy with the result, we migrate the real data: customers, products and history.

  3. Launch

    We launch the new website and portal. Further features arrive in planned releases, small fixes are handled immediately.

  4. Handover

    You go through the finished website and portal with a checklist and approve it.

Pricing

One system instead of ten subscriptions.

You pay once for the custom website and management portal. After that, only the annual management. Nothing more: no per-user licences and no further subscriptions.

Prices are quoted in euro. For businesses outside Slovakia we invoice without Slovak VAT (reverse charge within the EU).

Frequently asked questions

Do you work with clients outside Slovakia?

Yes. We work fully in English and already manage websites and portals for clients in Spain (Canary Islands), Italy, Switzerland and Czechia. Meetings are online, requests go through the portal, invoices are issued without Slovak VAT for businesses outside Slovakia.

Will the portal replace my CRM, spreadsheets and e-mails?

That is the goal. Customers, enquiries, orders, bookings and invoices live in one place. What you keep in spreadsheets today, we move into the portal.

Do I need a new website as well?

WIS works best as a whole, because the website and the portal share the same data: an enquiry, booking or order from the website appears in the portal immediately. When rebuilding, we migrate your content and keep what works in search engines.

What if I need a new feature later?

Write to us straight from the portal. We build the feature on a staging copy and, once you approve it, deploy it in a release. The system grows with you.

Who owns the data?

You do. The domain is registered in your name and the data lives in your own system, not in a third-party service. If you ever decide to leave, we hand over access, backups and data.

How much does it cost?

The design and build of your website and portal is quoted per project, based on the agendas you need. After launch, annual management of one domain, one website and the management portal starts at €800 per year, with a half-yearly or yearly payment.
